Role Summary/Purpose

Responsible for providing clinical support for customers of a broad range of GE Healthcare products into the critical & cardiac care space. The primary role will be to support the monitoring systems & diagnostic cardiology which may be installed into the Critical Care areas. Responsibilities include providing pre-sale product demonstrations (or clinical trial support) as well as post-sale installation, training &/or customer service activities to support sales objectives for their geography.
Essential Responsibilities

*This position is being offered on a 12 month contract*

Key responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

• Provide technical and clinical leadership during sales process by demonstrating full range of product features including potential uses, product capabilities and benefits to customers as needed
• Develop, coordinate and deliver product training to customers on software, application and/or equipment use, monitor customer installations within assigned territory/region to improve customer satisfaction and maintain customer relationships
• Improve customer satisfaction and socket retention through continuing education on optimization of equipment utilization by customer
• Support trade shows and professional conferences by performing product demonstration and promotion as well as customer training
• Use market and product knowledge to assist sales team in developing sales, marketing and customer service strategies
• Produce well-written post-training reports and provide regular feedback on customer satisfaction and needs
• Responsibilities may also include ongoing post-sale customer support
Qualifications/Requirements

1. Must hold AHPRA nursing registration.
2. >5 years ICU or ED nursing experience
3. >2 years Educator/teaching experience
4. Must have sound understanding of patient monitoring solutions use and practical applications
5. Willingness to travel extensively within your specified geographic region as well as to nationwide sales meetings and tradeshows

Healthcare Sector ANZ - Vaccine for Preventable Diseases

• Some Australian State Health Authorities and or Customers have mandated or are intending to mandate that contractors who enter healthcare sites must be able to provide evidence of vaccination for vaccine preventable diseases (VPDs) prior to working at their premises. New Zealand is also reviewing this requirement.
• GE Healthcare ANZ does have an EHS Medical Services Program. We have an immunisation and vaccination program covering any GE Healthcare employee who is required to enter a site and conduct work where there is the likelihood of potential exposure or acquisition through respiratory means to VPDs.
• To ensure your risk is minimised, you will be required to provide evidence of immunity / vaccination prior to commencing with GE Healthcare in locations where it has been mandated. Equally you may be required to provide evidence of vaccination post-employment, in the event that further sites mandate this requirement in your location.
• You may be required to travel interstate where vaccinations have been mandated so you will need to ensure you are able to comply with the relevant State or Customer requirements prior to travelling.

12. Team oriented with a customer satisfaction mindset
13. Ability to multi-task effectively and manage multiple priorities at one time
14. Willingness to be flexible/adapt to changing work environments
15. Clinical experience in tertiary hospital setting preferred
16. Current GE product experience desired
17. Produce well-written post-training reports and product feedback
18. Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic business environment
19. Possess strong interpersonal and customer and management skills, has ability to work in high pressure environments, and places personal and business integrity at forefront
