Role Summary/Purpose
As part of GE Treasury's Global Operations team, this role will provide functional and project expertise to drive run & support activities. The Analyst, Bank Package Services will be responsible for managing & providing support for the Treasury managed EBTPS platforms & processes.
Essential Responsibilities
• Responsible for the administration of the EBTPS platforms across banks. Activities include user management, access management & SOD validation, account provisioning etc.
• Responsible for executing periodic user review/audits as well as support the user assessments with the businesses.
• Support business integrations relating to the use of EBTPS platforms, testing and coordination with banks etc.
• Responsible for maintaining all process documentation and SOPs for EBTPS platforms
• Provide level 1 support and trainings to business users setup on Treasury managed EBTPS platforms.
• Partner with EBTPS program team to assist in consolidations and migrations of EBTPS platforms
• Prepare KPI's and metrics for management review
• Responsible for managing the EFT landscape and ensure continued alignment with the Cash

• 2 years of experience in support function, operations or process improvement experience.
• Background and work experience with financial services processes and products.
