Role Summary/Purpose
The Aftermarket Center (AMC) Customer Fulfillment Administrator supporting the Customer Fulfillment team with activities from inquiry to remittance for orders not part of an automated ordering process. This includes ERP/order entry and supporting order fulfillment.
Essential Responsibilities
In the role of Aftermarket Center (AMC) Customer Fulfillment Administrator, you will:
· Be responsible for customer order entry, order processing / screening and order handling
· Support purchase order generation internally and externally
· Provide order status updates and escalate to the proper teams for late or potentially late items
· Support team on ensuring on-time delivery through constant communication and prioritization
· Work in close partnership with customer fulfillment on administrative activities to meet customer needs
· Manage and Update ERP system when necessary
· Support administrative work for Return material authorization creation and tracking and FIRT
· Manage date report and Consolidation dates
· Manage Oracle holds on sales order lines (credit and classification)
· Be responsible for generating reports needed to manage daily order review
· Backlog mining for parts in stock, reserve and pick according to order due date
· Parts Serial / BOM / Drawing support when needed
· Part load and ARC disputes support
Qualifications/Requirements
· Associate’s Degree from an accredited college or university (Or High School Diploma / GED from an accredited school or institution with a minimum 3 years of experience in a customer facing role)
· Minimum 1 years of experience in a customer facing role
Desired Characteristics
· Knowledge of valve technology, products, and customer types
· Experience working with or supporting industrial distributors and/or sales representatives
· Previous experience working with sales organizations and customers
· Strong oral and written communication skills
· Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
· Ability to influence others
· Ability to coordinate several activities simultaneously
· Effective problem identification and solution skills
· Proven analytical and organizational ability as well as task management skills
· Materials Resource Planning (MRP) / Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) experience is desired
