CRM System Analyst

As a CRM System Analyst, you will oversee the onboarding, maintenance, and promotion of the Gemalto Cipher Partner Program to tech partners and reseller partners. Responsibilities include the delivery/refinement of program requirements/rewards along with the management of partner program membership.

A week in the life of a CRM System Analyst:
• You will manage, develop, deliver, and support partner program requirements and awards.
• You will track and keep up-to-date all technology integration certifications.
• You will assist with the development of strategic partner go-to-market (GTM) plans
• You will assist with the revamp of the Gemalto Technology Partner program to be more programmatic and build a repeatable, scalable process for the masses.
• You will manage and maintain partner lists, contacts, supporting collateral, discount levels, integrations and status.
• You will coordinate calls/meetings with internal resources and partners to drive progress.
• You will work with product management and product marketing teams to do all of the following: partner integration feature enhancements and feedback and develop, refine and execute on methods to communicate partner integrations.
• You will manage, develop, support and work cross-functionally to efficiently align resources to support the Technology Partner Program (rewards and requirements).
• You will create, manage, reconcile, and report on technology partner sales opportunities.
• You will report on key partner sales opportunities and end customers.
• You will facilitate customer service order fulfillment of direct/indirect partner sales.
• You will coordinate with professional services to quote and schedule engagements for key partners.
• You will work on cipher tech partner clean up – review operationalizing the tech partners, improve onboarding and adding logo process. Work to make sure tech partners are putting Gemalto on their web page and advertising our relationship.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
• To succeed at this job, you must be a “roll up your sleeves” executor who can effectively function as an individual contributor in a highly matrixed organization. Experience working in an operations or administration role supporting sales, SFDC and marketing organizations with a technology vendor organization (information security experience preferred).
• You must be fluent in English.
• We would like someone to join our team who has excellent communication (verbal and written) and strong interpersonal skills to build consensus, organizational skills and attention-to-detail. Working knowledge of Marketing Automation Solutions like Salesforce, Pardot or equivalent and Partner Relationship Management (PRM) systems like Relayware.
You must have a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field. Equivalent experience can be substituted for degree.
• We are looking for someone with 3-4 years experience
