Location: Aylesbury
Salary: £18,000 - £23,000 + Benefits, Training, Progression

I am looking for someone with a focus on customer satisfaction and the ability to learn and retain information quickly.
Job Description
Responsibilities of the role will include:
- Providing quick and effective triage of all customer requests
- Understanding of broadband technologies
- Owning issues until resolution
- Excellent support ticket management
- Liaising with internal departments
- Liaising with key suppliers and 3rd parties
- Co-ordinating field engineering resource for faults and incidents
To be considered for this role you must be/have:
- Quick learner and results driven
- Heavily customer focussed
- A high standard of written and spoken English
- Excellent communication skills with telephone, email and face to face
- Able to remain calm under pressure
- Able to work using own initiative and think logically as well as work in a team
- Analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to multi task
- Accurate and clear records keeping
- Be able to work to targets (SLA's)
