We are looking for a Account Manager / Case Handler who will be dealing with Blue chip Financial organisations and wants to join a growing team.
Repossession Case Handler
- £16,000 - £18,000 per annum plus commission
- Permanent full time role
- Hours 9AM-5PM
- Based in Weybridge

Main Purpose of Job:
To set up new instructions on the system and assist in the repossession of motor vehicles by instructing field agents, liaising with clients, bailiffs and customers and to ultimately manage his/her own allocated accounts and to time manage a team of repossession agents across the whole of the UK and Ireland. The job holder is required to carry out all tasks within his/her level of skill and ability.
Key Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Deal with all client queries both verbally and via email
- Log new instructions on the system
- Instruct field agents
- Liaise with bailiffs, customers and auction houses
- Manage a team of repossession agents across the UK and Ireland
- Time manage, update and review allocated accounts
- Complete basic administrative tasks
- Maintain confidentiality at all times
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Repossessions Case Handler to join our team in Weybridge. The ideal candidate will be a strong team player with excellent time management and organisational skills. A professional telephone manner and strong communication skills are essential. Experience in a repossessions environment is not essential as full training will be provided. All applicants must have proficient IT and data entry skills and be able to work well under pressure whilst maintaining confidentiality at all times.
