Gamesys are one of the UK’s leading online gaming companies. We are over 900 employees strong across 7 group offices worldwide with our headquarters (that’s where you’ll be!) at the heart of Piccadilly Circus in Central London. With over 24 million players enjoying over 250 of our successful games we crucially need an Account Manager to look after some of our high value VIP customers. If you like the occasional bet, love to play online games and make friends as easily as you breathe then you need to be doing it with the VIP Team here!
What makes a high value VIP customer?
A VIP is one of our avid gamers. They seek out the best gaming experience and enjoy the exclusive rewards of a VIP - events/ holidays/ offers/ prizes.
What would your relationship be with the VIPs?
You show your VIPs the best gaming experience they deserve! An avid gamer yourself you’ll promote the games and up-sell promotions; work with the events and gifts team to offer treats and gifts; calculate VIP bonuses and engage the VIP members offsite both on a one to one basis and at planned events throughout the year. This role involves outbound calls including new member welcomes, investigation, loyalty, sales, surveys and the reactivation of lapsed members.

Mice & Dice Ltd is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Gamesys Group, based in Piccadilly Circus, London with a branch office in Newcastle Under Lyme. Working with our group companies based in the UK, USA, Malta and Gibraltar, Mice & Dice has created a broad portfolio that appeals to a much wider audience than traditional 'card and table’ game casino players. We provide all the necessary marketing, promotions, back office systems, reporting and customer support to maintain and run a successful gaming channel.
They currently work with Gamesys’ in-house software and external agencies to manage a variety of acquisition and retention campaigns to members of Gamesys family of sites which includes The Sun and Fabulous Bingo, Virgin Games, Caesars Bingo, Heart Bingo and Jackpotjoy.com. As an added benefit, all of our staff in the Marketing Division are brought through the Digital Academy and given specific training in their area's resulting in the chance to attain a Diploma from the Institute of Direct and Digital Marketing (IDM).
