Account Manager - Gaming - fluent Swedish - London

Purpose of Role

As a part of the Swedish marketing team, you will be wholly responsible for the VIP player life cycle. You will work to improve the player's overall gaming experience and build a strong rapport with each VIP member ensuring you understand their needs. Throughout this life cycle you will promote games and up-sell promotions; work with the events and gifts team to offer treats and gifts; calculate VIP bonuses and engage the VIP members offsite both on a one to one basis and at planned events throughout the year. This role does involve outbound calls including new member welcomes, investigation, loyalty, sales, surveys and the reactivation of lapsed members. We’re looking for that special VIP star, with us so if you are a native speaking Swedish VIP Manager with experience from the gaming industry and the right attitude, come shine with us!

Jackpotjoy.se launched in March 2012 and is now a major player on the highly competitive Swedish bingo & casino market.

The hours for this role will be 9.30am to 6pm Monday to Friday, however as an Account Manager you will be expected to organise and attend VIP events on weekends and also work occasional evenings.

The Person

The role would suit a recent graduate starting out in a new career, or anyone with a good experience of telemarketing; as well as the following attributes below.

Experience Level

• Previous telephone based B2C experience is required
• Previous account management experience an advantage
• Online gaming experience vital
