We are currently looking for a:


SENIOR EMAIL MARKETER (FULL-TIME)


GameHouse is the number one appreciated easily accessible games platform for women. Our gamers have access to an enormous library of premium casual games, and can either play games for free or subscribe to play the entire catalog, whenever and wherever they want. We strive to constantly improve our GameHouse offering to become the premium destination for female casual gamers.

THE DEPARTMENT


To grow our business we put our customers first! On a daily basis we serve a large group of very loyal and engaged customers throughout the world on Zylom.com and GameHouse.com. Every fortnight we invite them into the office so we are able to speak to them face to face to discover their worlds.


THE ROLE


In an agile, flexible and companionable team you will be working together with another email marketer to send newsletters to our Zylom and GameHouse player base in 8 different languages. You will spend most of your time on executing and further refining our email marketing strategy, resulting in newsletters that are more personalized and suit each player perfectly, as the logic in the newsletters is set up in such a way that the content of the newsletters depends on the user’s playing and purchase behavior. These newsletters will be more acquisition-, conversion- or retention-focused, dependent on your specific target audience. You identify opportunities based on quantitative data and on qualitative player input, and continuously improve  the newsletters further. You will be working in our Eindhoven or Utrecht office (the Netherlands).


Main tasks:


-          Make sure the standard newsletters are set up, tested and sent in time.


-          Monitor the deliverability and other KPIs of sent newsletters and act upon it if needed


-          Bring our email marketing strategy to a next level by getting a good understanding of what our players want, and execute on that, e.g. by setting up more personalized newsletters for different player segments that fulfill their needs, in such a way that they can be sent on a recurring based without needing (many) manual resources.


-          Test and further improve all newsletters based on quantitative and qualitative data.


 Your profile:


The ideal candidate for this position combines a passion for results, ideas and customer care. You have experience with email marketing, you know how to get emails out the door quickly, but you also know how to bring our email marketing strategy to a next level and are able to execute on that consequently. And of course, you love casual gaming!


Requirements:


-          Relevant education on at least Bachelor’s level


-          Minimum of 3 years relevant working experience in email marketing


-          Experience with Responsys is a plus


-          Strong HTML and CSS skills


-          Strong problem solving abilities, including technical problems


-          You’re able and willing to work on both a strategic and operational level


-          You feel responsible for taking the lead in creating a flawless email experience for our players


-          You’re quick and you’re not stressed out easily at all
