Duty Manager required for busy Children's Activity Centre;

Gambado is a Children’s Soft Play Centre located by Imperial Wharf Overground station in Chelsea. We are currently looking for a fun, bubbly and outgoing character with a 'CAN DO’ attitude to play a key role in helping drive the business forward.

Reporting to the Deputy General manager, financially you will help ensure upselling and additional sales opportunities are maximised, ensure stocks are replenished, and be creative with new fresh ideas to drive revenue lines.

Operationally you will support a team of up to 40 staff, as well as Health & Safety equipment and maintenance checks. We require the highest level of customer service to be provided, ensuring all staff are creating memories and selling Fun, supporting customers with queries and ensuring the center is welcoming and presentable.

You will work closely with the General Manager, Deputy General Manager and with three other Duty Managers to ensure all team issues are addressed and support added.

Gambado is a fast paced environment and as a Duty manager you will need to have supervisory experience, preferably in a Food & Beverage Environment, be adaptable and forward thinking. Having worked in the Leisure Industry or experience in a busy work environment is favourable but not essential.

The role includes weekend shifts.
