Gadsby are a market leading supplier of gift packaging and retail display products. We are currently seeking to recruit an enthusiastic, proactive person to join our office-based team. The varied and exciting role will include both selling to existing clients and developing new accounts from a diverse base of customers ranging from small independents to supermarkets and large organisations.

Our sales team is a great working environment: At heart this is a telesales role, so confidence on the phone, adaptability and active listening are all key skills. You will be working hard to get the most from our existing business relationships as well as nurturing new leads.

Day-to-day the office is a friendly, exciting and rewarding place to be. Our customers are notoriously good to talk to, so the most important thing is that you are good to talk to too! There are fantastic opportunities to build long-standing relationships with customers and carry out project-based work, so attention to detail is a vital skill.

We are looking for someone who is not just excellent at selling, but is a perfect fit for our established team. Ideally you would have experience in telephone sales, solid IT skills, a willingness to learn and a high regard for excellent customer service.

You would be joining an innovative company with an excellent reputation, strong position in its industry, and prestigious 150 year history. Our product range includes gift packaging, hampers, basketware and retail display products.

Gadsby is an exciting and rewarding place to work, with a strong emphasis on teamwork and recognition of success. Of course, the salary provided will be very competitive, and there is a substantial on-target bonus also available. We are based just off of junction 24 of the M5, and operate 9:00am - 5:30pm, Monday to Friday.
