Support Workers (Full & Part-Time)

Job description

Future 19 are a fast growing company and leaders in providing Semi-Independent living in the Doncaster /Rotherham areas for young people age 16-18 years.

We have large expansion plans for early 2016 with great carrier development opportunities.

F19 are now looking for Support workers who are passionate about helping people.

Do you have experience of supporting vulnerable client groups in a residential or semi independent setting. if so you may be what our company is looking for.

Your role will involve providing 1:1 support to our clients; to empower them to develop their skills to live independently. You will work pro-actively to form strong relationships; challenging barriers to gain trust to provide positive outcomes for each individual.

The ideal candidate would have previous experience within a residential / support work setting but more importantly would have the energy, passion and dedication to deliver a high level of service.

Salery is dependant on qualifications and experience.
