Job description
We would like to recruit a professional Store Manager to take complete responsibility for our Kingston Store. This position is ALL about the ability to manage whilst selling and encouraging staff to do the very best by our customers.
If you are warm, welcoming, balanced, bright, passionate and cheerful, and a leader who enjoys "leading by example" then we would be very interested to meet you, to hear all about you and to tell you about ourselves.
This would suit either an Assistant Manager, Concession Manager looking to take the next step or an established Manager looking for a new product. Graduates are welcome to apply.

Main Tasks:
• To manage and motivate staff to sell
• To advise customers on selection, purchase, use and care of merchandise
• To receive deliveries and to arranges goods on display.
• To manage the 4 weekly stock checks and to deal with customer complaints.
• To manage the maintenance of the shop within the bounds of very good housekeeping.
• To protect the health and safety of colleagues and customers
• To continuously monitor and quickly improve the sales performance of the store.
Although having direct access to the Directors and the support of the VM team you would not be micro-managed as the position gives the manager the opportunity to really manage.
