Poste et missions:
- Software support (Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office …);
- Workstation IMAC (Install, Move, Add and Change);
- Staging (unpacking, software installation);
- Hardware support (desktop, laptop, printer, …);
- Treatment of incident and request, administrative follow-up.
Profil:
Expertise and skills required:
- At least, one year professional experience in IT support or helpdesk team;
- Fluent in English, a good working knowledge of French or German would be a real advantage;
- You have a very good team spirit and interpersonal skills;
- You are autonomous and demonstrate a very good sense of responsibility and initiative;
- You have a very good ability to work both in a multicultural team and independently.
