Freyssinet Australia is a specialist civil engineering and remediation company, delivering repair, strengthening and protection works across critical infrastructure nationwide. We're looking for a Bid Coordinator / Office Coordinator to join our Civil and Remedial team in Melbourne, supporting our tender processes and day-to-day office operations.
About the Role
This is an office-based role combining bid coordination with broader office support. You'll play a key part in helping the team prepare high-quality tender submissions, while also keeping the Melbourne office running smoothly day to day.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the end-to-end bid and tender process, gathering inputs, formatting submissions and meeting deadlines
- Liaise with project managers, estimators and engineers to compile tender documentation
- Maintain bid templates, registers and document libraries
- Provide general office coordination support, correspondence, scheduling, supplies and administrative processes
- Support internal reporting and documentation as required
- Ensure compliance with company branding and formatting standards across submissions
About You
- 4 to 10 years' experience in bid coordination, tender writing, or office/administrative coordination, ideally within construction, engineering or a related industry
- Strong written communication and document formatting skills
- Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines at once
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- A proactive, detail-oriented approach
