The Company:
Our client is an international manufacturer

Main Duties:
To be responsible for providing Customer Service and delivering customer focused tailor made solutions

The Role:
To daily contacts with new and existing Customers over the phone and emails
To report to the Customer Service Manager
To possibly be involved in telemarketing campaigns
To maintain the customer database
Translation & general administration duties

The Candidate:
Fluent French AND German (written and spoken)
Another European language is advantageous (ideally Dutch)
Strong previous Customer Service Experience is an advantage
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
Telemarketing experience an advantage
Team player, excel in building cooperation
Confident, proactive & dynamic
Computer literate

Salary: Up to £20,000 pa
