Fine Jewellery Production Assistant – London - £18-20k

A small but growing fine jewellery company, specialising in diamonds, is looking for a Production Assistant to act as the link between design, workshops, dispatch and customers. This role is suitable for a graduate in fine jewellery, ideally with some work experience.

About the company...

This well established fine jewellery company have seen huge growth in the last few years, including having an army of celebrity followers. Due to this expansion they are looking to add to their dynamic team based in central London.

Being a small company, you will have exposure to all areas of the business so will get a great understanding of how a fine jewellery company operates from a customers initial idea through to final product

About the Production Assistant role...

This role is ideal for a fine jewellery graduate with a real passion and willingness to be hands on and proactive in a small company:

• Carrying out quality control duties

• Working with various areas of the business, including design, product development, dispatch and customer service

• Working externally with workshops and the customers

• Helping to develop bespoke jewellery and dealing with any escalated customer queries or issues, passed on from the customer service team

About you…

• A passion for fine jewellery and diamonds

• A good understanding of goldsmithing or silversmithing

• Great attention to detail

• Organised, proactive and a self starter

• Excellent at relationship building in order to work with both internal and external stakeholders

• The ability to sketch ideas
