Appointment Setter / Negotiator required to join our existing sales team. Phone Based Sales. Inbound

Main Criteria of the job:-

• Taking calls from applicants who are looking for property,
• Making appointments over the phone to view property.
• Following up on existing applicants, negotiating and Closing Deals
• Maintaining database

What we are looking for:-

• People with Confidence
• All ages considered
• Candidates who are target or money driven.
• Basic Computer knowledge.
• Well spoken and articulate with a good understanding of English.
• Ability to engage people on phone and build relationships.

Extra info:-

• There is no onsite parking here so you must be prepared to take public transport. (We are 5 mins from tube, trains, buses)
• Areas in the City we are close by to include Clerkenwell, Shoreditch, Holborn, City, Kings Cross, Angel, St Pauls, City Thameslink.
