The Sheffield office of Fragomen is seeking Senior Coordinator / Administrator to oversee the delivery of key administrative tasks and data entry, supporting solicitors and paralegals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Management workflow and data quality
- Onboarding of new Coordinators and delivering and/or supervising on the job training on key tasks
- Create new client accounts on case management system
- Prepare immigration application packs and bundles
- Maintain and update case management records accurately
- Prepare immigration compliance packs for clients
- Organise courier and special deliveries
- Prepare passport copies for legalisation
- Review required case documents
Requirements:
- Strong data entry and administration skills
- Ability to work flexibly and accurately in a fast paced environment
- Ability to work in a team is essential
- First class communication and listening skills
- Uses communication skills to influence and achieve objectives
- Strong record of educational attainment
