The new Sheffield office of Fragomen is seeking an Immigration Caseworker to undertake a full case handling role, which will include working directly with the client and delivering administrative and data entry tasks on their cases. In this role you will be exposed to a full range of Tier 4 Student immigration work whilst having responsibility for managing your own caseload.

The key responsibilities include drafting visa applications, drafting letters of advice from templates for review, preparing visa immigration application packs and data entry of client and visa applicant information on the firm’s case management system. General administration such as scanning, photo copying and organising couriers and special deliveries may also be required.

The opportunity would suit a candidate with some case handling experience in any legal based environment or an individual with first class administration experience looking to build a career in an international law firm

Role Requirements:

• Case handling experience, ideally within an immigration or legal environment
• Excellent administration skills with the ability to consistently create accurate work
• First class communication skills and an ability to liaise with clients via email and potentially the phone
• Ability to work flexibly and accurately in a fast paced environment
• Ability to work in a team is essential
• Uses communication skills to influence and achieve objectives
• Strong record of educational attainment
