The Sheffield office of Fragomen is seeking a Coordinator to work in our highly respected UK Inbound practice, helping to provide exceptional levels of business support to a highly prestigious group of clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create new client accounts on case management system
- Draft emails of advice/letters of advice from templates for review and sign off
- Draft applications including Certificate of Sponsorship, Tier 2, Tier 1, ILR and others as directed
- Prepare immigration application packs and bundles
- Maintain and update case management records accurately
- Prepare immigration compliance packs for clients
- Organise couriers/special deliveries and disbursements
- Prepare passport copies for legalisation
- Review required case documents
- Organise translations when necessary
Experience Required:
- Strong desire to develop career within corporate immigration law
- Strong record of educational attainment
- Strong data entry skills
- Proven administration skills
- Ability to work flexibly and accurately in a fast paced legal environment
- Ability to work in a team is essential
- First class communication and listening skills
- Uses communication skills to influence and achieve objectives
