Operating worldwide with multiple offices (France, USA, Brazil, Hong Kong and Australia), Forizons commits to working with clients to improve their end-to-end flow performance throughout the supply chain.
Using innovative methods and advanced tools, our consultants focus on:
- Creating value for clients in many industries, such as aerospace and defense, logistics & transportation (3PLs), healthcare, industrials and manufacturing, retail and CPG, luxury, etc.
- Leveraging digital technologies especially in manipulating data and creating models but also in integrating technology (e.g. IoT, augmented reality, machine learning, etc.)
- Applying change management methods adapted to multi-cultural environment.
You will work with Forizons and client teams to understand the current situation, develop key drivers/leverages for change, and design the future organization. During the implementation phase, you will have the opportunity to manage the change and guarantee its sustainability.
Examples of the type of work our consultant perform include:
- Optimize supply chain management performance (forecasting, planning, inventory management, warehousing, transport, reverse logistics, etc.)
- Turnkey transformation relating to supply chain and logistics functions
- Support 3PLs in designing and costing warehousing solutions in the context of RFP/BIDs
- Pilot the selection process of 3PLs on behalf of customers (all industries)
- Develop network design for national and/or cross-continent distribution operations
- Develop strategic analysis, value propositions and go-to-market strategies
- Develop operations diagnoses and recovery plans
- Improve/develop standard operating procedures (SOPs) and KPIs/dashboards
- Set-up and run PMO support for projects involving one or several countries
- Design sourcing or define negotiation practices & tools in purchasing products or services
- Identify leads and new opportunities for business development
EXPERIENCE
More than 1 year of experience is required in a high-performance supply chain & logistics environment, preferably including involvement with continuous improvement projects and/or operations excellence initiatives.

- ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree (required) ideally in engineering (industrial, production, chemical, aerospace) or supply chain management
- Masters including MSc. and MBA degrees in related fields is preferred
- APICS and Lean Six Sigma certifications are a plus

- LANGUAGE PROFICIENCY
English fluency is required. French, Spanish, Portuguese and Chinese language skills are a plus.
