Are you a passionate retail professional who loves creating a supportive work environment and driving team engagement? Foot Locker Pacific is looking for an enthusiastic Team Member Experience Coordinator to execute initiatives that support the full employee lifecycle across onboarding, recognition, engagement, and enablement for our store teams on a 12-month contract.
Responsibilities

·  Coordinate and deliver team member experience programs, including onboarding, engagement, and recognition initiatives 
·  Support engagement surveys, communications, and action tracking 
·  Assist in delivering recognition and reward programs, including awards, incentives, and events 
·  Provide operational support for key team member events such as Team Week, Kick Offs, and leadership meetings 
·  Maintain program tracking, reporting, and insights to support continuous improvement 
·  Prepare toolkits, resources, and communications for field leaders 
·  Partner closely with Retail, Operations, and People teams to ensure seamless program execution 
Qualifications

·  Experience in retail, HR coordination, or employee engagement/program delivery roles 
·  Strong organisational and coordination skills with attention to detail 
·  Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities 
·  A proactive mindset with a passion for enhancing team member experience 
·  Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
