This is initially a temporary contract.
The Global Licensing, JV and Partnerships (GLP) team is an innovative and dynamic team within Footlocker that manages our partner and licensed stores globally. The role of the Manager, Omnichannel Marketing reports to the Director, Omni-Channel Marketing in the GLP team and supports all marketing activities across all channels for the licensee partners.
This position contributes to Foot Locker’s success by supporting the omni-channel go-to-market strategy between Foot Locker, our licensee partners, and vendors. As a brand steward, this role prioritizes actions that drive awareness, accelerate growth and fuel retention.
The ideal omni-channel marketing manager is customer-centric, enthusiastic, solution-orientated, forward-thinking, detail-oriented, curious yet growth-driven, and someone who can be trusted to interact with internal and external partners. The individual needs to be able to work collaboratively with a group of highly motivated individuals, whilst being an independent worker.
Responsibilities
· Foster effective working relationships with licensees, their agencies, Foot Locker cross-functional teams, and vendors to ensure proper brand integration across all licensee marketing initiatives. Approve creative and campaigns to be executed by our licensed partners.
· Monitor licensee partners for compliance and consistency with Foot Locker brand standards, tone, messaging, and experience across channels. Must have the ability to balance the understanding of global brand direction with local marketing execution.
· Facilitate Foot Locker campaign assets and materials to our licensed partners via our information sharing platforms.
· Manage and collaborate with licensee’s to maintain campaign tracking, omni – channel calendars/roadmaps, and reporting tools.
· Act as day-to-day contact for licensee marketing team.
· Ideate opportunities for value-added services, trends, and data that can be provided to partners.
· Analyze and synthesize KPIs of licensee marketing campaigns, as well as provide benchmark data to identify opportunities for improvement.
· Support Director with monthly reporting needs and campaign metrics.
· Proactively identify when matters need to be escalated or when to ask other team members for assistance.
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in Business or marketing related subjects
· Minimum 3-5 years of relevant omnichannel marketing experience
· Ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and across several licensee counterparts
· Flexibility in schedule required to regularly attend virtual meetings in licensees’ time zones (Central European Time, Eastern European Standard Time, Gulf Standard Time, and time zones across Southeast Asia)
· Illustrate strong verbal and written communication skills within a global landscape
· Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
· Good command of MS Office including PowerPoint and Excel
· Data and Analytics proficiency
· Project management and scheduling skills
· Effective organizational and time management skills with the flexibility to change gears quickly and multitask
· Creative thinker who is not afraid to question the status quo
· Broad understanding of and passion for sneaker culture
· Ability to work flexible hours/days required to overlap with licensee workdays
