As Store Manager , you’ll be the driving force behind a high-performing team, reporting directly to the District Manager. Your mission? To lead, develop, and inspire your team to deliver an exceptional in-store experience while executing company strategies that maximize sales and profitability.

Responsibilities

·  Lead & Motivate: Coach your team to achieve top performance and create memorable customer experiences.
·  Recruit & Develop: Hire, train, and empower associates to grow and succeed.
·  Drive Results: Execute plans to hit key performance indicators and exceed profit goals.
·  Create Connections: Build brand loyalty through authentic, personalized customer interactions.
·  Set the Standard: Ensure visual merchandising and operational excellence across the store.
·  Be the Expert: Share product knowledge and teach your team how to elevate every customer interaction.
·  Manage Rosters: Create and manage efficient schedules to meet business needs while supporting work-life balance.
·  Sales & Budget Accountability: Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance, ensuring targets and budgets are met.
·  Operational Excellence: Oversee inventory management, shrinkage control, and compliance with company policies.
·  Strategic Planning: Analyze store performance and implement action plans to maximize profitability.
Qualifications

·  Proven leadership experience (2+ years) in a customer-facing retail or sales environment.
·  Confidence in engaging customers and delivering an elevated experience.
·  A results-driven mindset fueled by enthusiasm for people and products.
·  Adaptability in a fast-paced, omni-channel retail world.
·  Strong problem-solving and financial analysis skills.
·  High integrity, ethics, and trustworthiness.
