Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Data Analyst to join our Customer Intelligence team within our Global Data & Analytics organization. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing the quality/usage of our existing data products, test measurement frameworks and analytics services. This role is pivotal in driving data-informed decision-making across the organization with a focus on providing the business with actionable customer insights to inform CRM strategies. This role involves:
· Act as CRM Analytics & Test Measurement Lead for all CRM/OM testing related initiatives including, but not limited to, leveraging internal data/tools to identify customer health trends/opportunities, brand insights, establish customer targets tied to CRM/sales goals, create audiences, support test design, lead CRM test measurement, and deliver actionable customer insights to business teams across the organization.
· Co-develop a best-in-class CRM Testing Roadmap which drives meaningful incremental revenue.
· Advise on test structure, design and requirements to ensure that tests are measurable end-to-end.
· Translate test results and customer data into business value by estimating long-term business impact
Responsibilities
· Advise CRM/OM teams on new test ideas based on customer insights from comprehensive analyses of purchase and engagement behavior. Develop new tools/reports and analytical frameworks to elevate the quality of deliverables and meet their business needs.
· Advise CRM/OM test leads on optimal test design for proposed ideas.
· Analyze existing available data points within Data Lake to assess measurability of test ideas. Leverage learnings to write requirements for robust and sustainable testing solutions.
· Leverage and improve existing data measurement frameworks to continually measure tests in production while elevating the quality/throughput of measurement deliverables.
· Implement data validation processes and continuous monitoring to maintain high data quality standards.
· Perform business impact analyses to estimate incremental revenue generated for the company based off of scaling out winning CRM Test experiences and build best practices around this.
· Perform ad-hoc Customer analytics into granular details of customer health trends and test performance to understand potential future iterations.
· Maintain a full and transparent project tracker which can clearly depict which measurement deliverables are in flight and when they are expected to be delivered.
· Maintain governance standards on existing A/B Test results to ensure that results are being shared at appropriate times without increasing the risk of false positives.
· Work with Data Engineers to expand measurement capability through ingestion of new data sources, updated frameworks, etc.
· Generate and pull ad hoc reports to address immediate business questions and needs, such as delivering “first look” KPIs while campaigns as in flight.
· Produce detailed analyses on key business drivers to support strategic decision making.
· Transform and distill business inquiries into innovative analytic solutions, aligning both data teams and business clients on approach.
· Deliver key findings to business teams through actionable customer insight presentations and direct engagement that result in improved decision making.
· Utilizing SQL, Power BI, Adobe Analytics and other analytical toolsets, support all organizational partners by developing an expert-level understanding of our full suite of customer and web/eCommerce analytics.
· Support data integrity investigations and provide feedback on appropriate fixes.
· Conduct QA on data fixes to ensure accuracy and reliability.

Qualifications
· Bachelors Degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Analytics or equivalent required
· Minimum of 4 years of experience in an analytical role
· 2 years minimum experience writing advanced SQL Queries required
· 2 years minimum experience working with Customer data is required. Experience with CDP is preferred.
· Intermediate/Advanced understanding of different attribution methodologies and their implications.
· 1 year of hands-on experience in at least one analytics-oriented programming language such as Python, Scala or R is preferred
· Familiarity/experience with digital marketing concepts including SEO, SEM, Email, Display advertising, and other direct response media.
· Basic knowledge of statistics/statistical methods
· Strong Microsoft Excel Skills
· You are a self-motivated team player with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with both technical and business teams.
Benefits
The annual base salary range is $70000 - $100000 /yr. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. This role is also eligible to receive short term incentives that align with individual and company performance. Salary will be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
