Overview

At Foot Locker we obsess over the customer. This is where you come in! Our contact center is seeking a Quality Assurance Evaluator . This position is vital to the success of our brand as you will be responsible for ensuring our customers have positive experiences by evaluating the interactions they have with our Customer Contact Center Specialists.

 

This position is located on-site in our Wausau, Wisconsin  office.

 

This will be a full-time position with a daytime schedule and mandatory extra hours as required.

 

Pay rate:  $16.50 / hour

Responsibilities

·  Monitoring and scoring Customer Contact Center Specialists for customer service quality, script adherence, accuracy, and effectiveness
·  Communicating with leadership to ensure consistency, accuracy, and uniformity of reporting
·  Running daily and monthly Quality Assurance reports
·  Assisting with incoming customer calls, emails, and/or chats as needed
Qualifications

·  Proficient computer navigation skills
·  Ability to multi-task
·  Positive attitude and solutions-oriented
·  Written and verbal communication skills

·  Professionalism when speaking with internal and external customers
