Overview

Foot Locker, Inc., the world's leading retailer of athletically inspired shoes and apparel, is seeking a Loss Prevention Finance and Data Analyst to join our dynamic team.  As a Loss Prevention Finance and Data Analyst, you are responsible for several loss prevention reports via Appriss, PowerBI, Origami and Excel.  You will also be responsible for keying invoices and maintaining financial records for the LP Department. You will partner with cross-functional teams to distribute reporting that will reduce fraud and inventory losses globally.  The LP Finance and Data Analyst interacts with our field investigation, field audit and CX teams on a global level and reports to the Sr. Manager, Loss Prevention Systems/Finance.

Responsibilities

·  Review and process of all department invoices.
·  Work with AP to ensure timely payments and correct vendor information.
·  Track and determine ROI for proposed and completed projects.
·  Participating in the month-end and year-end closing processes.
·  Assist LP Systems Manager to develop reports to track Auditor and Investigator productivity.
·  Run and distribute daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports to LP and CX teams.
·  Supporting initiatives for data integrity and normalization.
·  Develop system workflows, diagrams, and documentation to illustrate proposed solutions.
·  Work with developers and IT teams to implement and test new systems or system enhancements.
Qualifications

·  Excellent computer skills and highly proficient in MS Office (specifically Excel).
·  Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
·  Experience with PowerBI or other dashboarding tools preferred.
·  Minimum of 1-3 years of Data Entry, Data Reporting or related experience.
·  BA/BS in Finance or Business Administration preferred, or commensurate work experience.
·  Strong critical thinking, analytical, and project management skills.
·  Detail-oriented, well organized, and a proven ability to multi-task.
Benefits

The annual base salary range is $40000 - $60000. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. Salary will be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data. Salary is one component of the Foot Locker, Inc. total compensation package, which includes the below:
