Overview
The Graphic Designer, Internal Communications is a dedicated creative partner responsible for translating complex business priorities and leadership messaging into clear, compelling, and accessible visual experiences. This role works in close partnership with senior executives and Internal Communications stakeholders to elevate enterprise-wide storytelling across internal platforms, ensuring all creative output aligns with Foot Locker’s overall strategy, positioning, and brand guidelines.
Responsibilities
· Design elevated, executive-level PowerPoint presentations for C-suite presentations, Town Halls, and enterprise-wide communications.
· Design and maintain SharePoint sites, Microsoft Viva Engage posts, LinkedIn posts, and e-mail communications to support and strengthen employee engagement.
· Capture, edit, and produce video and photography content for internal campaigns and leadership communications.
· Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and seeking feedback for continuous improvement.
· Translate internal communication strategies into visual storytelling that drives clarity and engagement.
· Ensure brand consistency and stewardship across all internal communication assets.
· Apply accessibility best practices including WCAG standards and inclusive design.
· Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver high-quality internal campaigns aligned with business objectives.
· Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail.
· Develop and maintain templates, toolkits, and design systems to improve efficiency and consistency.
Qualifications
· BA/BS degree preferred; 3-5 years of experience in graphic design or digital content creation within corporate or agency environments.
· Expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and Microsoft Viva Engage and social channels.
· Video production/editing, photography and motion graphics experience.
· Ability to provide a portfolio that reflects dynamic executive-facing visual communications and leadership storytelling.
· Exceptional communication skills with the ability to bring ideas to life visually and creatively.
· Highly organized and proactive, with experience managing multiple concurrent projects.
· Showcased passion, creativity, innovation, and a strong desire to keep learning and growing.
· Strong ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects at different stages and creative problem-solving skills.
· Understanding of accessibility and inclusive design principles.
Benefits
The annual base salary range is $70,000-$75,000, this range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. Salary will be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data. Salary is one component of the Foot Locker, Inc. total compensation package, which includes the below.
