Overview
The Financial Analyst of Store Development Finance will be responsible for: preparing financial analyses and reports for presentation and approval to Corporate and Divisional management, preparing budgets, forecasting, expense reporting, month end and year end accruals, capital tracking and reporting.
The incumbent will also be responsible for general financial functions and ad hoc projects as assigned by the Sr. Manager of Store Development Finance and senior leadership.

· Prepare monthly and quarterly capital expenditures accruals
· Build and manage financial expense budgets for Repair & Maintenance, Cleaning & Trash
· Manage forecasts and month end accruals for EMEA Store Repair & Maintenance, Cleaning, Trash, Closed Stores & Uninsured Loss
· Forecast current year capital expenditures and manage year end accruals
· Financial Tracking/Forecasting R&M and Health & Safety Store Capital
· Review R&M invoices in Fexa for expense/capital and submit to AP for approval
· Provide Budget data for Strat/Seasonal Meetings
· Create and analyze reports on an ad hoc basis
· Identify and implement process improvement opportunities. Be driven towards problem resolution
· Provide a deep dive assessment of our current business and identify areas of growth & optimization to help prioritize investment opportunities
· Provide strategic analysis and establish KPI’s to measure success against key Store Development initiatives, as well as identify optimization opportunities
· Use data analytics tools to analyze data and create models that identify trends
· Responsible for the accounting close and budget to actual variance analyses
· Responsible for weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting
· Perform Ad hoc analyses, financial modeling & projects as required
Qualifications

· Requires a bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Management Information Systems
· 3-6 years of related experience desired
· Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and mastery with Excel (i.e., macros, pivot tables, v-lookup, etc.)
· Experience with and/or knowledge of VBA, PeopleSoft, SQL Server, Monarch, and/or MicroStrategy/BI a plus
· Must possess strong analytical skills to construct meaningful analysis with broad guidance
· Must be highly motivated and be able to work both independently and in a team environment
· Must be detailed oriented
· Excellent verbal and written communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
· Must be able to think creatively and critically
· Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
