Overview
The DC Compliance Manager is responsible for leading all Distribution Center (DC) compliance and audit functions to optimize supply chain performance and enhance overall accuracy, ultimately improving the customer experience. This role oversees the FC Vendor Relations Auditing team and the DC Vendor Relations Supervisory team directly, while also providing indirect leadership to the DC Vendor Relations Auditing team. The DC Compliance Manager will partner closely with DC Operations to support compliance initiatives, ensure adherence to company standards, and drive achievement of all Vendor Compliance and Audit performance metrics.
Responsibilities
Supervision/Staffing – 30%
· Direct management of Distribution Center Auditing staff to ensure on time and accurate execution of tasks.
· Direct management of DC Supervisory staff (DC Compliance Leader) with indirect management of Distribution audit team. Overall responsibility to manage schedules, staffing plans, hiring, and partnering with HR on teammate engagement/productivity/performance.
· Provide feedback and observations to teammates to drive productivity/performance, manage/monitor attendance via database/online tools, and educate/train teammates on all SOP requirements.
Tactical Operations – 30%
· Vendor Compliance: Manage the capture and reporting of vendor compliance issues by working with direct/indirect teammates as well as with building operations. Display exceptional knowledge of: UCC128 label, EDI/ASN, and Inventory packing issues; Foot Locker floor ready standards; other operational efficiency programs. Support and Educate teammates on Vendor Compliance process/rules and capture of Vendor Compliance chargebacks. Partner and communicate with management teams regarding trends and opportunities.
· Auditing Programs: Manage the internal operational audit and vendor inventory audit programs to ensure audits are completed accurate and on time. Provide audit observations, trends, and opportunities for management.
· Overall responsibility to ensure Vendor Compliance / Audit metrics are met for DC Compliance and Audit goal metrics.
Reporting – 30%
· Analyze available reporting/metrics to identify and action opportunities to drive business improvements and enhance auditing programs.
· Identify new reporting needs or existing reporting enhancements related to compliance/audits/team needs.
· Communicate results to management teams.
Projects – 10%
· Advise opportunities for additional/new compliance and auditing opportunities.
· Create and maintain documents/presentations to support training/education of DC teammates.
· Provide additional support on Vendor Relations projects as needed.
Qualifications
· Associate’s degree
· 1-3 years’ experience within distribution or vendor management related fields. Additional years of experience may be substituted for educational experience where applicable.
· Broad familiarity with distribution management systems required with working knowledge of supply chain systems (PKMS, EDI, PMMS/JDA, TMS preferred)
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office products including Excel, PowerPoint, Forms, and Power Automate
· Ability to actively engage in collaborations, transparently share progress, and adapt to evolving guidance
· Strong can-do attitude in a time sensitive environment
· Dedication to professionalism and a positive attitude
· Sound time management and problem-solving skills to manage concurrent priorities and meet associated deadlines

Benefits
The annual base salary range is $70,000 - $80,000 / year. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. This role is also eligible to receive short term incentives that align with individual and company performance. Salary will be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
