At Foot Locker we obsess over the customer. This is where you come in! We are looking for multiple part-time Customer Care Specialists , a role that is vital to our company's success. You will be responsible for providing a positive customer experience through compassion and problem-solving.

“We are the human touch. Customers get to talk to a real person & they frequently comment on being able to do so.” – Current Customer Care Specialist, with Foot Locker since 2000.

This position provides flexible scheduling and the opportunity to expand your career by learning about the business.

 

This position is on-site at our contact center located at  111 S. 1st St., Wausau, WI 54401.

 

Next training start date: Monday, July 7th

 

Training: You will attend 3 weeks of Customer Care Training from either 8:00am-12:30pm or 4:00pm-8:30pm Monday-Friday.

 

Scheduling: The contact center is open Monday-Friday 7am-9pm. A minimum of 8 hours of availability to work per week is required. 

 

Compensation:   $16 / hour

Responsibilities

·  Providing superior customer service over the phone to assist customers with questions or concerns around orders they've placed online, shipment tracking, product availability, etc.
·  Empathizing with and prioritizing customer needs
·  Efficiently entering customer information and conversation notes into the order management system

·  Providing customer service to our Foot Locker Retail Store Associates as they place orders for their customers
Qualifications

·  Proficient computer navigation skills including ability to multi-task 
·  Positive attitude
·  Ability to be polite and professional while speaking with customers 
·  Previous customer service experience is helpful but not required
