As a Marketing Coordinator, you'll be a key player in our dynamic team, supporting the execution of marketing campaigns to drive traffic and demand for our European web shops and stores. This position is great for you if you are passionate about consumer trends and looking to enter the world of marketing. You will learn from an experienced team and have access to a broad spectrum within a marketing function.
We are looking for someone who is obsessive about sneakers – you know your Tns from your M1000s and are comfortable working with product, helping us organise our Foot Locker photoshoots and campaigns.

· Campaign Management: Support the team to launch, monitor, and optimize multiple simultaneous campaigns, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
· Manage the sample co-ordination between our vendor brands and product teams for our key campaigns
· Support in campaign production and organising shoots
· Go-To-Marketing Management: Support the team working to ensure a smooth internal process when defining seasonal and campaign plans.
· Retail Management: Support execution of campaigns in retail environment to improve the consumer experience through multiple touchpoints, eg digital screens.
· Relationship Management: Establish, build, and nurture relationships with internal and external team members to be able to execute effective campaigns. Ensure on-time delivery of deliverables.
· Innovation and Research: Stay ahead by researching and evaluating the market as well as bringing new ideas to the team on technologies and campaigns
· Proactive Troubleshooting: Proactively identify issues, perform quality assurance, troubleshoot, and make necessary changes.
· Project Management: Support the team through the project process, including but not limited to; creation of briefs, building workback schedules, PO management and reporting
· Work as an extension of the Marketing team. Continually grow, learn, and experiment with new and innovative ways in which to solve problems and how to turn those solutions into innovative, dynamic, creative executions
Qualifications

· University degree preferably related to Business Administration or Marketing
· 1 year of experience within a large organization or agency (Work Experience will be considered)
· Broad understanding of the Sports-Fashion industry and a passion for it.
· Ability to think operationally and creatively
· Ability to build internal and external relationships
· Ability to manage various projects simultaneously while maintaining a clear overview and structured approach.
· Fluent in English, knowledge of other European languages is a plus.
