The responsibility of the Coordinator, Accounts Payable is to process invoices into the AP Subledger, ensuring compliance with Company policies and Tax requirements. In this role the Coordinator, Accounts Payable will be responsible for the timely and accurate payment of invoices and will also assist internal and external customers in the resolution of invoice related matters.
Responsibilities
Tasks & Responsibilities
· Timely and accurate codification and booking of invoices and expense claims for the designated areas into the AP Subledger
· Processing of travel expenses for store associates
· Provide timely resolution to aged open invoices and payments
· Review and validate regular payment cycles
· Handle inquires related to invoice compliance and payments with vendors and other divisions within the Company
· Manage daily incoming mail and AP related databases.
· Other administrative tasks related to the Travel and Accounts Payable role
Qualifications
Candidate Profile
· Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance (starting position / first job)
· Fluent in English and an additional language (Italian and/or German)
· Ability to work with deadlines and with internal/external partners
· Proactive and well organized.
· Team player with service-oriented attitude.
· Clear and effective communications skills.
