Job Title: Counter Sales Assistants / Butchers

Responsible To: Manager / Regional Manager

Main Purpose: Working as a member of the company's team is much more than 'a job in a shop', as a company they want every employee to develop a career within the business. • Exceed the customer's expectations by going that extra mile, e.g. walk from behind the counter and place heavy products in the trolley rather than passing them over the counter top.

• Inform customers of current offers and promotions, push the "value" message.

• Previous butchery experience
• Intermediate food hygiene is desirable
• NVQ qualification in Butchery / Food Technology is desirable
