The Role

FMC Global Talent is one of the fastest growing boutique technical consultancies in the UK, offering a range of recruitment services. Our approach is to find entrepreneurial individuals that can take the opportunity to learn from leaders in the field to grow and develop your own area of the business. Initially working in an existing team on a range of recruitment assignments you can progress into a role where you will manage your own accounts, at FMC…it’s what you make it.

The Person

You will have a 2:2 or above in any discipline but will have first class drive and determination. Beyond that you will be entrepreneurial, ambitious and commercially minded, with the work ethic to accelerate your career with FMC. Communication skills are central to success and you will be able to build relationships at all levels and be highly persuasive.
