Every quarter during the internship Victor interns learn about aviation industry, gain knowledge in customer relationship management, prospecting and research, as well as improve their communication skills and gain experience in promotion of a luxury, technology-based product.

What is more Victor interns learn how to work in a professional environment, compose emails, conduct KYC (Know Your Customer) interviews and update CRM (Customer Relationship Management) database Salesforce and have ample opportunity to network with department leaders in a leading private aviation company.

Daily tasks:

*Contact by phone and qualify a high volume of Victor registered members;
*Generate and identify sales leads through associated networks, using Victor online tools and public information online/offline;
*Use Victor CRM (Salesforce - #1 CRM in the world) to update existing records or enter new contact details into the database, ensuring a high standard of data quality;
*Exceed KPIs using Salesforce dashboards to track your performance and progress in the role;
*Participate in the UHNWI intelligent engagement brainstorming sessions and various training;
*Assist in improving private aviation marketing strategy in different regions, prospecting and CRM mining processes including voicemail guidelines, email templates and cold/warm call scripts.
*Additional team support activities will include working alongside a Strategic Initiatives Supervisor to improve the efficiency of the sales team, by increasing the number of sales made to qualified prospects and other projects.

*A desire to help improve sales for the business
*Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively as a team member
*Organized, with an ability to prioritize time-sensitive assignments
*Strong communication skills
*Articulate and flexible
*Fluency in German, French, Russian, Mandarin, Arabic or any other language would be desirable but not essential
