We have an exciting and rare opportunity at Flight Centre Global Product Destination Europe, for a Content Coordinator based in New Malden, London.

Duties and responsibilities

The main responsibility of the role is to ensure fast and accurate content entry into the Calypso Reservations system, which is the database used by FCGP, as well as maintaining strong relationships with our supplier partners. Other key duties include:

·  Identifying and assessing errors to minimise FCGP product write-offs
·  Ensuring consistency and accuracy of content loaded 
·  Managing workflow of promotions and contracts within your destination portfolio
·  Aiding promotion of preferred product range at every opportunity

Ideally you will have the following skills

·  Outstanding attention to detail
·  Ability to communicate effectively - written and verbal, internally and externally (with customers)
·  Strong problem solving ability
·  Ability to achieve deadlines within a team
·  Sound systems knowledge - MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook
·  Database experience
·  A positive can-do attitude
