Flight Centre is aiming to become the UK's biggest seller of luxury travel. To help support this growth we are seeking talented individuals to join our successful London teams as Luxury Travel Consultants.

As a dedicated Luxury Travel Consultant you'll offer your clients a premium, tailor-made service. Your future customers will be seeking premium cabins and luxury hotels, with all the trimmings. You'll be given time to design their ideal trip and deliver an excellent level of service, so you can successfully build a portfolio of clients.

We know our Luxury Travel Consultants are the best in the industry, which is why they earn a basic annual wage of £20,000 plus commission.In your first you'll receive a guarantee of £29,000 (our average first year OTE). For those who get promoted to Team Leader level, your retainer will increase. On overage 1 in 5 consultants become a Team Leader within two years and earn an average salary of £64,000 OTE. Flight Centre consistently rewards results - as proven by our top UK Travel Consultants, who earn over £120k per year!

Flight Centre's luxury travel division is growing extremely quickly, which means you will also have plenty of opportunities to progress into a leadership position - or simply enjoy developing a rapidly growing client base. For those who get promoted to Team Leader level, your retainer will increase to £25,000, rising to £30,000 in your second year at leadership level plus your uncapped commission.

What Are We Looking For?

A minimum of one year's experience in the travel industry
An insatiable appetite for sales; after all, the more you sell, the more you earn
