Night-shift Serviced Apartment Concierge (average 35 hrs a week - Hours will vary)
4pm - Late (Monday - Saturday)
Benefits: Travel Allowance, Mobile Phone
£9 per hour + commission
From 4pm - Late Monday to Friday. Hours vary.
We are looking for a Night-shift Serviced Apartment Concierge for our Short-term lettings and Serviced Apartment business in London.
The successful candidate will be of smart appearance, be well spoken, have good telephone and face to face communication skills and be comfortable working with a PC for email.
Duties will include, organising check-ins, meeting and greeting guests. Responding to guest enquiries
KEY RESPONSBILITIES
• Organising check-ins, including late check-ins
• Meeting and greeting guests and tenants
• Responding to guest enquiries
• Listing properties on advertising channels
• Managing Advertising accounts
• Let the existing property stock
• Be self-motivated, but also a team player
• Meet personal and company targets
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
• Full UK Driving Licence.
• Languages are an advantage.
Hours: 4pm - Late (Monday - Saturday). Hours may Vary, potential weekend work as well.
