Job description

London is active. There are classes going on at all times and in every pocket of the city. These classes always have attendees but on average, they are only 60% full. Here, at Fitu, our goal is to sell these remaining spaces by offering them at a cheaper price.

We’re on a mission to bring much-needed flexibility to the fitness industry, giving you the freedom and convenience to book any physical activity that is happening around you, without the need for a membership!

Fitu finds fitness activities for you, which you didn’t even know existed, giving you full access to what the city has to offer. Think activities like, disco yoga, outdoor bootcamps, salsa classes, kickboxing and so much more!

In a short period of time, we partnered up with over 200 London fitness studios, gyms and trainers.

We’re now looking for hungry individuals to join the Fitu Sales Academy. Ultimately, to take charge and responsibility for acquiring the best partners in London and beyond. You'll be the human element at the heart of our partner relationships, quickly solving any problems and giving us feedback (good or bad) on things that we can improve.

What you’ll be doing:
* You will be the main point of contact within a certain remit/area in London (with a potential to help Fitu launch into other cities in the UK).
* Acquiring fitness studios, gyms and trainers for our platform. This includes a mixture of both cold and warm leads and email follow-ups.
* You’ll build long-lasting relationships with studios and partners.
* You’ll be working closely together with the founders and function as the link between them and the fitness studios.
* Maintain a pulse on the latest fitness events; think of yourself as the expert for new and trending fitness events/activities
* You will receive full training for the role, and will be supported with continuous on-going coaching to assist in reaching weekly/monthly targets.
* You will be working with Microsoft Office, Google docs, and a sales CRM.

Requirements (Must Have)
* Eligible to work in the UK
* Excellent communication skills
* Well presented and professional appearance
* Fluent in English
* Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
* You may occasionally be expected to visit partners. Therefore, there should be no barriers to travel within London.
