Job Title: Residential Development Manager

Location: Hereford, Herefordshire

Reference: FPR 1079 RDM

Salary: £14,382.98 pa + accommodation

Working hours: Monday - Friday: 9.00am - 5.00pm - 35 hours per week

Role overview:

Your role will be to ensure the development is a welcoming, friendly and safe place, giving all residents peace of mind that their home is being looked after in an efficient and professional manner; and is a place where they will enjoy living.

What you’ll be doing:

On a day to day basis you will be checking on residents to ensure their wellbeing; checking the building for any risks and hazards, organising remedial work as appropriate; keeping up to date with administration tasks including maintaining a diary of the development; liaising with contractors; assisting in the sale of apartments; and encouraging a sense of community across the development. You will also need to respond to occasional emergency situations.

This role does not include the provision of personal care.

What skills we’re looking for:

You will demonstrate that delivering an exceptional level of customer service for residents as our customers, is your passion.

The landlord, as our customer, has entrusted us to look after their property and you will take pride in ensuring this is done to the highest possible standards.

Knowledge of managing property is not a prerequisite, however, a flair for building and maintaining excellent working relationships with people is essential for this rewarding and varied role.

Solid administration skills will be required and IT experience is essential as the role is carried out using a handheld tablet device.

Due to the nature of this role, we will ask you to undergo a DBS (Criminal Record) check. Employment will be subject to this being satisfactory, along with employment references and proof of right to work in the UK.
