First Payroll Services

We are a rapidly-growing payroll bureau based in central London near Euston. We process payrolls for thousands of workers on behalf of multiple clients. We urgently require a dynamic, self-motivated person for immediate start, to join our busy sales and client support team.

This is an exciting opportunity to build a career within a customer service & sales department that goes above and beyond a typical telesales role. The primary responsibilities include:

  • Market research to create sales leads
  • Securing new business via telesales calls

  • Helping new workers to get started

  • Assisting existing clients and workers with their enquiries

  • Building lasting client relationships


No prior experience in payroll is required. Candidates must have a clear professional telephone manner and the ability to communicate effectively with good written and verbal English. GCSE English and Mathematics or equivalent required. Ability to use a computer is essential, ideally with some experience of using Excel and Outlook. The ideal candidate will be capable of organising their time effectively and working as an integral part of a team.

This role would suit a self-motivated, enthusiastic, articulate, and patient person, with a desire to succeed and to learn.

This is a full-time permanent role working Mon-Fri. Basic salary is based on 35 hours per week and will be increased on successful completion of probation. Commission structure available.
