Customer Service Representative
Hamilton International Technology Park, G72

Full time positions: 35 hours per week.
Part time positions: 20-25 hours per week.
Both positions require flexibility as shifts will include late finishes (up to 01:00) and weekend work

The part you’ll play.

Working as a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the first contact for our customers - that’s really cool and a big responsibility.
Answering incoming calls, helping them with banking requests such as paying bills, setting up a standing orders or opening a Savings Account. By understanding and listening to our customers’ needs you’ll be able to identify which products and services are right for them.
There’s no rocket science here just great service with a smile and a thirsty passion.

Start dates: 19th October and 9th November. (Compulsory full time 9 week training period)
