We are the UK`s leading Apple Authorised Service Provider. We repair the full range of Apple devices for our UK retail and business customers from our repair bases in surrey, London and Manchester.

We are looking for energetic, highly motivated, ambitious individuals who are keen to embark on a career in IT and want to join the Apprenticeship Program. The Apprenticeship is a 2 year earn-as-you-learn programme, during which you will gain recognised Apple Certifications and become an experienced and respected hardware technician and software troubleshooter.

Following successful completion you will move your career on a step with a position in another department or we`ll place you in a great IT job with one of our clients.

Roll and Duties:

• You will assess computer faults using Apple diagnostic tools and your expertise. Once you have identified and replaced faulty parts you will return the computer to perfect working order.
• You will be required to subject all repairs to strict tests and quality control procedures before preparing them for return to their owners.
• You will be required to deliver excellent customer service for Apple repair customers, sometimes face to face, sometimes by phone and email.

Job Qualifications:

• You must have a keen interest in technology and be keen to pursue a career in IT support.
• You must love taking things apart to see how they work - (and put them back together again ideally).
• You must have a keen eye for detail, fine motor skills (to handle the fiddly bits) and a willingness to work hard.
• Above all you must be passionate about learning new skills and be determined to succeed.

Relevant experience desirable
