Based in the Edinburgh office you will support our Senior Manager for Scotland and our line managers in a timely and professional manner. This is a fantastic opportunity for the right person with a high level of drive and enthusiasm, who is willing to learn. A successful candidate should have excellent literacy and communication skills as well as strong IT skills.
Key Accountabilities:
- Researching a wide variety of records online and externally as referred to you by a line manager or a Director
- Delivering documents, arranging couriers and taking care of office post
- General Administration, including scanning, photocopying and filing
- Making refreshments such as tea and coffee for staff and guests
- Maintaining a clean and tidy desk
