Field Agent/Warrant Officer

Full Time Basic Salary £16,000 p.a.

plus performance related bonus/commission and a fuel card

OTE £25,000 - £35,000 (per annum)

Professional, self-motivated and responsible candidates to represent the company and our clients. Strong communicators and negotiators, with the ability to show empathy, whilst being assertive.

What does the role involve?

A customer facing, target driven, field based opportunity where you will be required to visit customers both residential and commercial, representing our clients across a variety of industry sectors.

Your goal is to reconnect the customer with the client or negotiate suitable payment recovery plans as well as attending court to obtain warrants and action these under client instruction.

All Agents are required to travel as and when required, so you must own a reliable vehicle (i.e. car, van) and be flexible in your availability.

Our business operating hours are from 8am until 8pm therefore you will be working days, evenings and weekends on a rolling shift pattern.
