Fidel is a retail analytics start-up, specialised in delivering actionable customer insights and data-driven marketing (as a service) to multi-location retail brands.
Our mission is to make customer loyalty and retention marketing super simple and completely frictionless, for both merchants and consumers alike. That's why we developed the first-ever in Europe card-linked loyalty system.
To further amplify our zero-friction data capture technology, we are working on an exciting machine learning models to apply contextual awareness to our already rich customer insights. What are we offering?
To support the launch of our new system, we are offering students an opportunity to join the team and learn from a booming startup, pioneering in technology. The main tasks would be to assist the communication and marketing team with graphic design and communication tasks.
Designing graphics for marketing campaigns,
Assisting the communication team in sending marketing campaigns,
Designing the brand’s literature pack: handouts, dashboard, information pack…
Working on brand identity, rebranding for the launch of the new system,
Design promotional material.
Studies: Relevant studies in communication and graphic design, Bac+3 - Bac+4
Experience: Previous experience in the field is required.
Fluent written and spoken English,
Ability to work independently and take creative initiative on the project,
Proficiency in graphic design softwares: Indesign, Photoshop, Illustrator…
Good knowledge of the digital world,
Interest in the tech world,
Good communication skills,
A positive attitude,
A good sense of time management,
Movie editing skills are a plus.
Period of time: 3-6 months
Start: September or January
