THE ROLE
Our team is smart and supremely ambitious. We're looking for bright and ambitious individuals ready for hands-on experience within our small marketing team. As part of this role you will be expected to provide marketing support across all marketing disciplines including TV, Print, OOH, Digital, BTL, and dealer communications. You will report into the FIAT Brand Communications Manager as well as work alongside the product managers and the FIAT digital team.
MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist with the production of a wide range of marketing communications including national advertising, brochures, POS, dealer adverts, Direct Marketing, etc.
- Become an expert in dealer marketing communications to ensure integration between local and national advertising
- Manage FIAT dealer marketing agency
- Assist brand communication manager in liaising with ATL agencies, to ensure project requests are dealt with in a timely and efficient manner
- Assist with production of artwork, source images and checking copy.
- Monitor development of marketing communications projects to ensure consistency and appropriateness
- Liaise and manage relevant internal stakeholders such as sales, dealers, product/brand management, research and digital
- Ensure all marketing materials are developed within legal and regulatory frameworks
- Carry out detailed market & competitor research and analysis as required for all key models.
- Manage the marketing finance tracker
This is a hands-on role and the successful candidate will be a marketing all-rounder able to demonstrate the flair and commercial acumen required to make the right impressions.

- An interest in the automotive industry would be an advantage
- Knowledge of the Italian language is beneficial however not essential
- Full clean driving licence preferable
- Degree in Marketing or Business related subject, ideally with 1 years’ experience in a similar role.
