Your position and environment?
Our Faurecia Clean Mobility Business Group – Europe Division is looking for you as a VIE Quality Improvement Coördinator m/f for our Techno Plant in Roermond, The Netherlands.
Your role and responsibilities?
Your main missions will be to
Support in the transformation to TCS (Total Customer Satisfaction) by implementing and deploying, in the best way for the FCM Roermond Plant, the Group quality tools which are:
8 Quality Basics in Production: Poka Yoke, OK First Part, Check Do Check, Final Inspection, Manage NC, Rework Under Control, Audit & QRCI.
6 Additional Elements: Drive Customer Satisfaction, Variability Reduction, Lessons Learned, Kata, Supplier Management & Preventive Action.
Improving products and/or processes to drive for customer satisfaction and improve quality objectives.
The mission will last 12 months (renewable once up to 24months).
Who are you?
Master’s degree in a Technical study
Fluent in English and German
Experience in automotive Quality
Teamplayer
